If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your request must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery
• The product must have been purchased directly from LiveHRV.com
• Limit one refund per customer

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
